Website Terms of Use
These terms cover using informic.app. The actual terms of a paid project live in the Master Services Agreement and your plan agreement, which control if anything here conflicts with them.

1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Informic, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("Informic", "we", "us"). By using informic.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The site is information, not an offer or a contract
Prices, package contents, timelines, and add-ons shown here are estimates for planning. Nothing on this site is a binding quote or an offer to contract. A project only exists once we both sign a written agreement. The plan builder produces an estimate, not a fixed price.
3. Paid work is governed by the signed agreements
Scope, payment, deposits, revisions, cancellation, refunds, ownership of deliverables, warranties, liability, and governing law for paid work are all set out in our Master Services Agreement and the plan agreement you sign. Those documents are available on our legal page. If anything on this website conflicts with them, the signed agreements win.
4. Demo sites are fictional
The example sites under /demo are portfolio demonstrations we built ourselves. The businesses, names, phone numbers, addresses, prices, and any figures shown in them are fictional and are not real companies or real customers. Do not attempt to contact or hire the businesses shown.
5. Blog and guidance
Articles and guides on this site are our opinion and general information about web design and marketing. They are not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice, and results described are not promises of what your business will get.
6. Chat assistant
The chat assistant is automated and powered by AI. It can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. It cannot agree to prices, discounts, deadlines, or contract terms on our behalf. For anything that matters, email or call us.
7. What you agree not to do
- Submit false information, someone else's contact details, or spam through our forms.
- Try to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or probe the site or our backend.
- Copy our site copy, layouts, code, images, or demo work for your own commercial use without permission.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
8. Our content
The design, copy, code, logo, and images on informic.app are owned by Informic, LLC or used with the rights needed to display them here. Photographic and illustrative imagery on this site is either created by us, generated for us, or licensed for our use. "Informic" and our logo are our marks. Any third-party brand names mentioned belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email contact@informic.app with the work involved, the URL, and your contact information, and we will review it promptly and remove anything that should not be there.
9. Links to other sites
We link to client sites, social profiles, and outside resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
10. No warranty on the website itself
The website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every figure or example on it is current.
11. Limitation of liability for website use
To the extent allowed by law, Informic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section is about browsing the website. Liability relating to paid services is addressed in the Master Services Agreement.
12. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain what we collect and store. Using the site means you have read them.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Governing law and dispute resolution for paid services are set out in the Master Services Agreement, which controls for those matters.
