Accessibility Statement
We want informic.app to work for everyone, including people using a screen reader, keyboard only, magnification, or reduced motion settings.
Last updated: September 13, 2026
Our target standard
We build and maintain this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That covers heading structure, text alternatives for images, color contrast, keyboard operability, visible focus states, labeled form fields, and never using color alone to carry meaning.
What we do
- Every page uses one main heading and a logical heading order.
- Images have descriptive alt text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- The whole site can be operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline on links, buttons, and fields.
- Every form field has a label tied to the input, and errors are described in text, not just in red.
- Text and interface colors are chosen to meet AA contrast in both light and dark mode.
- Tap targets on phones are sized to be comfortably reachable.
Known limitations
- The example sites under /demo are portfolio pieces and may include animations or interactive widgets that are less accessible than the main site. Tell us if one blocks you and we will help directly.
- Some content, including PDF agreements, comes from outside tools and may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will send the same information in an accessible format.
- Automated tools can miss things. If you hit a barrier, that is a bug to us, not a limitation you have to live with.
Tell us about a problem
Email contact@informic.app or call 219-205-2570. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what device or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within a few business days and will give you the information another way while we fix it.
Accessibility of the sites we build
Accessibility is part of how we build client sites too. If accessibility conformance matters for your business, say so early so we scope it into the project.
